It is printed on UV-resistant 200 denier nylon, and the pole hem slides over the pole, indoors or out.

Mississippi voters approved the In God We Trust flag on November 3, 2020, and Governor Tate Reeves made it official by signing House Bill 1 on January 11, 2021.

The flag was designed by Rocky Vaughan with support from Sue Anna Joe, Kara Giles and Dominique Pugh, and Micah Whitson is credited with adding the Native American star.

Is the Mississippi Flag Pole Hem for indoor or outdoor use?

Both. The pole hem slides over the pole, indoors or out. For a flagpole with a halyard and snap hooks, see the grommets version.

What other versions of the Mississippi flag are there?

We also make it with brass grommets for outdoor flagpoles and fringe for ceremonial display.

What order do the American and Mississippi flags go in?

On one pole, the American flag flies at the peak with the Mississippi flag beneath it. On adjacent poles, the American flag is hoisted first and lowered last, and the Mississippi flag never goes above it or to its right, so the American flag sits at its own right, the viewer’s left (U.S. Flag Code, 4 U.S.C. § 7).

Do you carry flags for the other states?

Yes. Flags for all 50 states, the District of Columbia and U.S. territories are in State & Territory Flags.
